The 165th Meeting had a late start, but was quite interesting; as there were four speeches, but few other people, a lot of last minute roles had been taken up, and a few people had double roles. The Sergeant-At-Arms, Kushagra, started the meeting, and called the Acting President, Shambhavi, who gave it back to Kushagra, who was the Toastmaster of the day. He had kept the theme as Food, and was really enthusiastic about it, and kept the theme throughout the meeting. After he introduced the Supplementary Evaluators of the day, he called the Word Master, Aradhya, who gave the word raze, and the Joke Master, Ishaan, who told us a joke about a Brazilian boy and a German shepherd. Next came the prepared speeches; the first by Ananya, and the second by Umica, both of them giving their second speeches, the third by Mehika, giving her fifth, and the last by Yukti, giving her sixth project. After the four tremendous speeches came the much-dreaded Table Topics session, however, all were greeted by a young Table Topics Master, Mahek, with a different sort of Table Topics, where, instead of the usual chits with topics written on them, there were pictures cut out from newspapers related to food, the theme. After this came the Fellowship Break, and then the Evaluation session, headed by the General Evaluator, Shambhavi. After she evaluated Ananya's speech, Eshna evaluated both Umica's and Yukti's speeches, and Rohan evaluated Mehika's. The last three evaluations were very good, and after that came the Supplementary Evaluators' turn, who gave detailed reports. Then the General Evaluator evaluated the entire meeting, and called back the Toastmaster. He then wrapped up, and called the Acting President, who gave out the certificates, presented a file to a new member, and got feedback from the guests. She also called the Club Councillor, Monika Lal, who gave valuable feedback. After this, the Acting Vice President Education, Ananya, took the roles for the next meeting, and then the Acting President concluded the meeting.
